These volleyball skill development programs are designed to help beginners and players with limited experience to build a strong foundation in every area of the game. Through guided instruction, progressive drills, and supportive coaching, athletes gain the skills and confidence to advance.
Spikers 1
Ages: 8-12
Schedule: 1x per week
Introduction to physical and technical volleyball foundations
- Practice basic skills like bumping, setting, and serving
- Develop agility, balance, and reaction time
- Learn volleyball-specific movements like proper footwork and ball transition techniques.
Spikers 2
Ages: 8-12
Schedule: 2x per week
Recommended for those who completed Spikers 1 to advance their skills
- Improve control, precision and accuracy through partner drills
- Focus on building consistency across game situations
- Increase reaction speed and quick decision-making in dynamic play
Next Level Prep
Ages: 13-18
Schedule: 2x per week
Designed for older beginners & those with minimal experience
- Master fundamental skills like passing, serving, and setting
- Improve coordination and court movement
- Develop Volleyball IQ including offensive/defensive strategies and 3-touch play
