Vic Talamoa

After a brief club hiatus, Coach Vic is returning to The St. James as an assistant coach for Boys 18 Navy. Vic is currently an assistant coach at George Mason University for the DI Men’s Volleyball Program. Before coaching, he played collegiate volleyball at the University of Hawaii as a setter .

Vic started his DMV coaching journey with BRYC, where his team qualified for USAV Nationals six years in a row with several players going on to play at the NCAA level. His son Zach followed his footsteps, attending George Mason University as a setter where he capped off a very successful career. He has been incremental in helping build the grassroots of boys volleyball in the area and pushing regional success to compete nationally.

Now, Coach Vic is looking to continue to help build college ready athletes to hit the ground running at the next level and compete when they make it to their NCAA gym.
