Kaitlin Crutchley

Kaitlin Crutchley will be joining the St. James coaching staff this season and enters her ninth year of club volleyball coaching. She currently serves as the Head Varsity Boys Volleyball Coach at Forest Park High School, leading the program in its inaugural season. Prior to that role, she coached the Forest Park Girls Varsity Volleyball team for three seasons, compiling a 47–24 record. During her tenure, she was recognized twice as District Coach of the Year for her leadership and success on the court.

A Woodbridge native, Kaitlin began playing volleyball at the age of 10. She was a four-year varsity player at Osbourn Park High School before continuing her volleyball career at the collegiate level. Kaitlin holds bachelor’s degrees in Health and Physical Education and Sports Management, as well as a master’s degree in Special Education from George Mason University. She currently works as a Special Education teacher with Prince William County Public Schools.

Outside of coaching and teaching, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is passionate about helping student-athletes grow both on and off the court.
