Ed Morris

Ed Morris will serve as STJ 14U White Boys team Assistant Coach for the 2026-2027 season. Ed served as the STJ 15U White Boys Team Head Coach for the past two seasons with the 2024-2025 team accomplishing a number of achievements including 2024 AAU/JVA Snowball Slam 15 Classic Division Champions, 2025 Virginia Beach Spring Fling 15/16 Club Division Runner-up, Richmond Volleyball Club (RVC) Boys’ East Coast Championships 15 USA Division Third Place (Tie), and AAU Boys Junior National Volleyball Championships 15 Club Division Runner-up with three players selected to the tournament All-American Team. The team also received an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) 2025 Winners Circle Club Award.

Ed started playing indoor and beach volleyball in the 1980s. He coached girls’ youth volleyball in 2021, 2023 and 2024, and boys’ youth volleyball in 2022. He was a member of the Meridian High School Girls Volleyball coaching staff through 2024 and is currently a member of the Meridian Boys Volleyball coaching staff. Ed believes players should establish proficiency with all volleyball skills to ensure maximum individual and team performance.
