Stephanie Wacker

Stephanie is entering her 14th year of coaching club volleyball and her first season with The St. James. Over the past 13 years, she has coached athletes across multiple age divisions, including 14s, 15s, 16s, and 18s. For the last six seasons, she has been a 16s head coach, helping players develop their skills, confidence, and competitive mindset both on and off the court.
Throughout her coaching career, Stephanie’s teams have consistently earned Gold Bracket appearances at tournaments, including the Capitol Hill Classic, Charm City Challenge, AAU Grand Prix Virginia Beach, Southern Atlantic Championships (SAC), and Boardwalk Beachfest. Her coaching highlights include a Gold Bracket championship at a non-bid regionals, a 3rd-place finish at Charm City Challenge, multiple Top 8 finishes at Capitol Hill Classic, a top-half finish at AAU Nationals, and numerous one-day wins.
Off the court, Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Geospatial Information Systems from the University of Maryland and works as a GIS Engineer. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her mini pit bull, Marley.
