Track and Field for Beginners
This beginner track and field program is designed to develop overall athleticism, coordination, and a passion for track & field. It's an excellent fit for multi-sport athletes looking to improve their speed and agility, high school athletes preparing for their school season, or any child discovering the joy of running and playing in a positive environment.
This program introduces athletes to the fundamentals of track & field through speed, jumping, and hurdle training, while building strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
