Youth Cross-Country in Northern Virginia
Led by championship-level coaches, the STJ Running Club provides elite development in a fun, low-pressure environment that supports each athlete’s growth year-over-year.
This club is designed for kids who love to run, kids who are curious about running, and kids who may not have found their sport yet—no prior experience required.
Athletes will build aerobic base, improve running mechanics, develop race strategy, and strengthen mental toughness through age-appropriate, structured training designed to promote confidence and long-term development.
