Application and Written Statement Submission
Start your journey by submitting an online application and a personal written statement.
This is your opportunity to share your background, passion for lifeguarding, and commitment to safety, giving us a glimpse of who you are beyond your résumé.
Tryout & Fitness Assessment
Demonstrate your physical readiness in a tryout and fitness assessment designed to evaluate your stamina, strength, and critical skills in water safety and rescue scenarios.
This step ensures you’re equipped to meet the demands of the role.
Seasonal Lifeguard Academy
Selected candidates will attend our Seasonal Lifeguard Academy, an immersive training program that sharpens your skills and prepares you for real-world scenarios.
You’ll learn advanced techniques, build confidence, and form connections with your future teammates.
Packet Review
To finalize your journey, we’ll conduct a comprehensive review of your qualifications and training progress. This ensures you meet the highest standards of excellence before officially joining the team.
