Ford joins The St. James following his recent appointment as General Manager of the Carolina Chaos in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), bringing extensive leadership experience from both the professional front office and the field. His executive career includes a highly successful tenure as General Manager of the Chesapeake Bayhawks in Major League Lacrosse (MLL), where he guided the organization to three league championships in six seasons. Ford has also held coaching and front-office roles with the Philadelphia Barrage and Atlanta Blaze, contributing to the development of competitive, championship-caliber teams across the league.

Prior to his transition into management, Ford enjoyed an accomplished eight-year professional playing career as an attackman in MLL. He competed for Los Angeles, Long Island, Rochester, and Washington (later Chesapeake), earning recognition as one of the league’s premier offensive players. A three-time MLL All-Star, Ford twice led the league in assists and was named an All-Pro in 2007. His combined experience as a player, coach, and executive provides a well-rounded perspective on high-performance athletics and leadership, which he brings to his role at The St. James.
