Rolland Appiah is the Head Coach of the U19 Boys MLS NEXT AD team at The St. James Football Club. He holds both the UEFA B License and the U.S. Soccer B License and brings a global coaching background shaped by experience in Ghana, Europe, and the United States. Rolland specializes in tactical periodization, player development, and video analysis, with a coaching philosophy centered on building intelligent, confident football through discipline, attention to detail, and a strong team culture. He holds a Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, an MBA from American University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University.
