The St. James Football Club is committed to challenging the traditional competitive soccer structure by eliminating as much "Travel" as possible, while delivering the same high level programs.

Our structures utilizes centralized sites across Loudoun & Fairfax County, to create a more predictable training and game environment:

Travel Player Pathway

Advanced Competitive Programming

U11:

Pre-Academy teams are created regionally within Loudoun & Fairfax County, continuing to minimize travel.

U13:

National-level Academy team is formed from our regional Pre-Academy player pools. These players play at a centralized location located on the Loudoun/ Fairfax border.
The Pre-Academy teams become Academy 2 teams and continue training in their regional locations in a similar format as the full Academy. Local travel teams continue to train and play at their specific sites which will continue through U19.

Our developmental pathway provides additional opportunities for advanced players in the club to train and play together throughout the year through supplemental training and tournaments.
