The Premier Pathway for Elite Girls Soccer

As the premier development pathway for elite girls soccer players in the DMV, the TSJFC Girls Academy prepares athletes to compete and succeed at the collegiate, national, and professional levels.

The program has developed countless collegiate players, including many who have gone on to compete at top NCAA Division I programs across the country. TSJFC Girls Academy athletes are consistently identified within the United States Youth National Team (USYNT) system, participating in Regional ID Centers, National Team camps, and representing the U.S. at the youth national team level. Alumni have progressed to the full U.S. Women’s National Team, competing in the World Cup and Olympic Games, and continue to play professionally around the world.

Player Pathway

The TSJFC Girls program offers two elite pathways to support every stage of a player’s development.

The Girls Academy (GA) is the top tier, designed for players competing at the highest national level with maximum exposure to college coaches and national team pathways.
ASPIRE serves as the second tier, providing a highly competitive, development-focused environment where players continue to train and compete at a high level while working toward advancement into the Girls Academy.

Together, these two tiers create a structured, performance-based pathway—ensuring every player is placed in the right environment to grow, be challenged, and reach their full potential.

College Recruitment

Our coaching and Technical Staff are well versed in supporting players into the collegiate game. With over 60 years of coaching experience and a track record of placing our players in the top colleges and universities throughout the United States, the TSJFC staff can support all aspects of the recruitment process.

TSJFC utilizes SportsRecruits system which streamlines the college recruitment experience and makes players very accessible to college coaches

College coaches regularly attending training and league matches to watch TSJFC play. They are also given access to video of Girls Academy matches to evaluate players (through our video capabilities).

Additionally, TSJFC teams attend other Academy approved college showcase events to further increase exposure.

TSJFC Girls Academy will hold player ID sessions/centers throughout the year. These events are open to ALL players regardless of club affiliation. Register for your age group below to submit your interest, and/or sign up to receive a notification when the next sessions are announced.
