Patrick Finney brings extensive youth soccer coaching experience, having spent 18 years with McLean Youth Soccer, where he coached U9–U19 girls teams across leagues including ODSL, NCSL, and CCL, while also assisting with U9–U10 boys teams. He also coached in the Super Y League for four seasons with McLean Majestics summer programs. Prior to joining The St. James, Patrick served as Assistant Director of Coaching and Head Coach at Vienna Youth Soccer.
He holds multiple coaching credentials, including the USSF Director of Coaching License (2023), USSF “B” License (2013), USSF “C” License (2009), USSF “D” License (2007), and the US Youth Soccer National Youth License (2006).
