Driven by her love for swimming, Meghan pursued a career in aquatics instruction and coaching. She is a USA Swimming–certified coach and has held several leadership and instructional roles throughout her career, including former Director of Aquatics at Life Time Athletic, ARC Lifeguard Trainer, and Stroke and Turn Official for local teams through the Virginia High School League (VHSL). These roles have given her a comprehensive perspective on both competitive swimming and aquatic safety.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from George Mason University, which informs her ability to tailor instruction to meet the developmental needs of each athlete at every stage of life.
Coach Curley is passionate about water safety, refining all four competitive strokes, and helping athletes build confidence and a lifelong love for swimming. She is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where swimmers can learn, grow, and thrive both in and out of the water.
