Q: Does my child need previous cheer experience?

No experience is required. House Cheer is designed for complete beginners as well as athletes with some exposure to cheerleading.

Q: What should my child wear to class?

Athletes should wear comfortable shorts, a fitted top, flat-bottom sneakers (cheer shoes optional), and have their hair pulled back securely.

Q: Is there a performance at the end of the session?

Yes—each session concludes with a fun demo performance for parents, allowing athletes to show what they’ve learned.

Q: Is this a competitive cheer team?

No. House Cheer is a recreational, skills-based program. However, it provides an excellent foundation for athletes who may want to join our award-winning All-Star teams in the future.

Q: Can my child repeat House Cheer sessions?

Absolutely. Many athletes choose to repeat sessions to continue building skills, confidence, and readiness for All-Star Cheer .
