Frank Crum

Frank serves as the Director of Operations for STARS Lacrosse, overseeing the day-to-day management, strategic planning, and operational execution of the program. He works closely with coaches, families, and leadership to ensure a high-quality experience across scheduling, staffing, events, logistics, and program growth. In addition to his role with STARS, Frank serves on the board of the USA Lacrosse Potomac Chapter, further supporting the growth and development of the game at the regional level. With a strong focus on structure, communication, and long-term sustainability, he plays a key role in advancing the mission and vision of STARS both on and off the field.
