Justin Marriott

Justin Marriott is the Head Coach for The St. James FC Virginia Girls Academy 2011 and 2013 teams, bringing nearly four decades of coaching experience across the United States and the United Kingdom. He holds a U.S. Soccer A License and the United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, with a coaching background that spans grassroots, high school, and elite youth development programs. Justin has coached within professional club academies, state and regional programs, and national identification platforms, including PDA Soccer, NJYS ODP, USYS Region 1, NJ/NY Gotham FC, and US Club Soccer’s iD2 Program. He has also led high school and club teams to state-level championships and has extensive experience in coach education and mentorship. Known for his player-centered, development-first approach, Justin brings deep tactical knowledge and a strong commitment to long-term athlete development within the Girls Academy platform.
