Morgan Neild is originally from Winchester, Virginia and currently resides in Fairfax, where she teaches at Annandale High School. She began playing travel softball in 2005 with the Shenandoah Valley Mavericks and remained with the program through 2012. Morgan earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and later completed her Master’s in Education. She has been teaching within Fairfax County Public Schools for nine years and has served as a softball coach at Annandale High School for the past three years. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes not only technical skill development, but also the growth of social skills and emotional regulation to support athletes both on and off the field. Morgan is excited to continue her work with The St. James and contribute to a strong and positive season ahead.
