Anthoni Brown spent the last 10 years as a master trainer in women’s health and sports performance, working with some of the top girls programs in the DMV like Sidwell Friends, Team Durant, and St. James Academy. Along the way, he trained WNBA talent including Carolyn Swords (Las Vegas Aces) and Zay Green (Washington Mystics), plus multiple 4- and 5-star players chasing the next level. His passion is helping athletes build strength, confidence, and long-term performance both on and off the court.
