Coach Cortez Quarles is the Program Director and Head Coach of one of only 32 Nike Girls Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) programs in the nation. A proven winner and respected leader in girls basketball, Coach Quarles is a three-time state champion—earning titles in both Virginia and Washington, D.C.—and a two-time national champion recognized for developing top-tier talent and building championship culture.
Over his coaching career, he has mentored and guided some of the nation’s best players, including four McDonald’s All-Americans and three Gatorade State Players of the Year, many of whom have gone on to play at elite collegiate programs. Known for his player development focus, leadership, and commitment to academic and athletic excellence, Coach Quarles continues to inspire young women to compete, lead, and achieve at the highest levels of the game.
