The St. James is excited to offer a premier off-season strength and conditioning program tailored specifically for emerging young adult athletes (ages 17-24). This program is ideal for high school graduates and current college student-athletes who are eager to elevate their performance, health, and overall well-being.
This comprehensive training program includes expert coaching in mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. Athletes will work with certified professionals to improve strength, speed, agility, power, and athleticism during the off-season. It’s the perfect opportunity for athletes committed to advancing their skills and taking their performance to the next level.
