STJ Running
Youth Cross-Country in Northern Virginia
This is not a drop-in clinic or a summer camp—it's a team. Athletes train together three days each week throughout the fall, building fitness, confidence, and camaraderie while preparing for a full cross country racing season.
Throughout the season, runners will compete in local and regional cross country meets, gaining valuable race experience while progressing toward their individual goals.
By November, runners leave stronger, faster, and more prepared for the next stage of their development.
