Garrett Lineberger

Garrett Lineberger began his wrestling career with a dominant presence on the Maryland high school circuit. A two-time State Champion, he compiled an extraordinary 112-4 career record and was named Maryland Wrestler of the Year in 2013. His success and leadership on and off the mat earned him the prestigious Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award, given to the nation’s top scholar-athletes in wrestling.

At the collegiate level, Lineberger wrestled his way into the national spotlight. Competing with unmatched tenacity, he became a 2x NCAA Champion, a 3x NCAA All-American, and earned back-to-back titles as the NCAA leader in technical falls in 2015 and 2016. He amassed a collegiate record of 108-15 and also found success on the international stage, earning 2x UWW Freestyle All-American honors.

Known for his aggressive style, relentless work ethic, and precision on the mat, Lineberger’s wrestling career has left a lasting mark. His transition from elite competitor to mentor continues to inspire the next generation of wrestlers pursuing excellence at every level of the sport.
