Field Hockey Skill Development Programs

This program is designed for field hockey athletes of all experience levels who want to build skills and get ready for higher levels of competition.

Athletes are organized by age, skill level, and position so each participant receives appropriate instruction, progresses at the right pace, and maximizes their training time.

Our field hockey development sessions focus on core technical skills and position-based training.

Younger players work on stick handling, passing, shooting, footwork, and coordination, while older athletes build advanced techniques, tactical awareness, positional play, conditioning, and game strategy.

This program is located indoors on the turf fields at The St. James in Springfield, VA.
