The gymnastics team program at The St. James is a competitive pathway for dedicated athletes looking to train and compete at a high level.
As a USA Gymnastics (USAG) member club, our program follows national development standards while providing structured coaching, progressive skill development, and opportunities to compete in USAG-sanctioned regional and national meets.
With experienced coaches, a state-of-the-art training facility, and a supportive team culture, gymnasts develop the strength, technique, and confidence needed to succeed in competitive gymnastics.
