bio
He brings decades of experience as both a coach and strength & conditioning professional, with a deep background in developing athletes across multiple sports. A multi-sport athlete himself, he played Little League baseball and high school basketball at Mackin & Phelps High School, where he led Phelps to the DC Interhigh Playoffs in 1980 against nationally ranked Spingarn High School. His coaching journey spans AAU, high school, and elite grassroots levels, including Team Sol, the Maryland Lady Shooting Stars—finishing fourth nationally—and head coaching roles at Don Bosco Cristo Rey from 2007 to 2010, as well as stints at Bishop McNamara and St. John’s College High School. He later served as strength and conditioning coach for Riverdale Baptist’s girls basketball program under Diane Richardson, while also training the school’s baseball and track teams. His impact continued at New Hope Academy from 2018 to 2020, where he helped lead teams to a USA Today Baseball National Championship in 2018 and a consensus GEICO National Championship in 2019. Widely respected in the DMV, he has trained numerous high-level athletes and worked with elite programs including the Boo Williams EYBL Girls team and Team Durant Girls Basketball, contributing to athlete development at the highest levels.
