The Accepted Teams link for 2027 will be posted after the Application Deadline. Schedules will be posted May 14, 2027. Please be sure to continuously check your team's schedule, as locations, times, and days are subject to change leading up to the event. All scheduling requests are considered by the Tournament Committee, but not guaranteed.

Application Deadline: Thursday April 15, 2027

There will be a $100 late fee for all applications received after the application deadline. Any team that applies after the application deadline will not have guaranteed acceptance into the tournament.

Check-In Instructions 

Due to Event Sanctioning, ALL players must have a valid player pass. NO Birth Certificates will be accepted/allowed. For U13-U19 age groups, no more than 18 players are allowed to be dressed in uniform per match.

Electronic Check-In                                                                       

Official Roster through USYS, US Club, USSSA, or SAY

• Please handwrite jersey numbers if not included
• Please handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers to the bottom of the page
• Official Player Passes to match roster - No birth certificates accepted
• Deadline for Electronic Check-In: Friday May 21, 2027

In Person Check-In

Teams that miss the Electronic Check-In deadline must come to Tournament Headquarters (6805 Industrial Rd., Springfield, VA  22151) to check-in the team. Please bring official roster with all guest players included. For guest players, please include name, DOB, jersey number and player ID.

The DMV Memorial Cup is pleased to announce the appointment of GotSport as our official Tournament Housing Coordinator for the Tournament.

Booking Requirements

All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament must book their hotel accommodations through GotSport Travel, our Official Tournament Housing Partner.

Please do not call the hotels directly

Rooms can be booked during tournament registration.

Teams within a 100-mile radius of the tournament venue who plan to commute are exempt from the housing policy.

Large Group Booking

Clubs requiring a large block of rooms for multiple teams should contact GotSport directly for special assistance.

Player Profile Books

Please make sure that you update your player profile information in the GotSoccer system so it is accessible by college coaches. You may need to contact your team manager or coach to add this information. This is the information that will be given to college coaches looking to recruit players.

Player Recruitment

We highly recommend that players reach out to the schools that they are interested in playing for. Many coaches come to our events to scout for pick up players, but will not realize that you interested in playing for their team unless you reach out to them! We also know that you have many schools that you are looking to play for that are not currently signed up to attend our event. You are encouraged to reach out to schools you are looking to attend, and let them know which events you will be playing in this season. We welcome you to invite these coaches to attend this event. If you have a coach that you are inviting to attend, please have them pre-register at the link above.

Leveling the Playing Field - Throughout the DMV Memorial Cup Soccer Tournament weekend, we will be hosting a community donation drive to support Leveling the Playing Field. This organization helps put your new or gently used sports equipment in the hands of those who need it so every kid gets a chance to play sports.

Kinds of Donations We Accept:

• Goalie Gloves
• Shin Guards
• Socks
• Shorts

Donations can be dropped off at the Tournament Headquarters or with field marshals at every site of play throughout the weekend. We appreciate your support in helping make a positive impact both on and off the field!

Wounded Warrior Project – We are proud to partner with the Wounded Warrior Project for 2027! For every team that registers for the DMV Memorial Cup, The St. James will donate $10 to this worthy cause!
